March 26, 2026
Finding a new provider and scheduling an appointment might feel overwhelming and burdensome, especially if you are already dealing with health conditions. However, getting the proper care in a timely manner is important to keep health conditions in check.
If you’re feeling lost in this process, we have many resources and options to help you navigate to the best care possible.
How to Find a Provider
There are several different ways to access your network providers and view Provider and Pharmacy Directories.
Use the Provider Search Tool
The most user-friendly and efficient way to find a network provider is through our Find a Provider search tool.
This tool allows you to search for a specific provider by name or use several filters to narrow your search for a particular facility, provider or specialty near you. Each provider that matches your search criteria will appear in the results and include the following information:
- Address and a link to get directions, if needed
- Phone number
- Languages spoken by the provider
- If the provider is accepting new patients
Find a Provider is refreshed daily to ensure you are getting the most up-to-date information.
Looking for dental or vision providers? Or maybe a participating gym to use your fitness benefit? You will find links to our partner websites just below the Find a Provider search tool, which can be used to locate providers and locations for our supplemental benefits.
Download a Full List of Providers
You can also view a PDF version of the full directory on the Plan Documents page located in the member section of our website. Scroll to the bottom of the page until you find the Provider and Pharmacy Directory section. These PDFs contain all the providers that are in-network and are broken down by specialty and location. PDF directories are updated monthly to ensure accuracy.
Request a Printed Directory
You can request a hard copy of a Provider and Pharmacy Directory to be sent to your home by calling Member Services at 1-800-240-3851 (TTY: 711), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days per week. This directory will be sorted based on area and specialty and will contain the providers and pharmacies that are closest to you. Just like the PDF version online, these printed directories are updated monthly.
Ask Member Services for Help
If you can’t find what you are looking for using the tools above, our Member Services team is ready to help. They can help you use the tools above and narrow down on a provider or pharmacy that works best for you.

How to Schedule an Appointment
Just as there are several ways to find providers, there are several ways that you can make an appointment.
Call the Provider's Office: As mentioned above, in the Find a Provider tool, you can see if a provider is accepting new patients. This will give you a good indication if you should call and make an appointment. When you call, it is a good idea to verify if the provider is still in-network.
Get a Referral: Referrals through a provider you already have a relationship with is an option. If you have a primary care provider or receive care through another provider and need care for something outside of their scope, they may be able to give you their recommendations on who to see next or even help you schedule an appointment.
Work with Member Services: Our Member Services team can help you find providers and open a case for you if you need help scheduling an appointment due to a disability.
Sometimes taking the first step to schedule an appointment is the hardest part, but we’re here to help. Our network has providers that can cover all your health needs, and our team can assist in finding the right one for you.
