About Rick
After serving six years in the United States Marine Corps and spending 20 years in retail, Rick Leibold made the leap to become a full-time independent broker. The transition wasn’t easy, but with the unwavering support of his wife, Amy, it quickly became the most rewarding work of his life. Rick has a passion for guiding people through their Medicare options and often works closely with Medicaid on behalf of many of his clients. 

Rick has been certified with Mount Carmel MediGold since 2018, and he deeply values the plan’s consistency and reliability, year after year.

This year’s success, Rick says, comes down to long hours, determination and an unwavering commitment to his clients. With massive market disruptions affecting beneficiaries across the region, Mount Carmel MediGold became the smart, stable choice for many of the people he serves. Rick’s focus remained on helping as many existing clients as possible navigate those changes and it paid off.

Rick often shares a guiding principle with his kids and now his eight grandchildren:

“You cannot outgive God. If you do what is right by people and don’t worry about what you get out of it, you will never worry about money.”
