Medicare can feel overwhelming at first. But don't worry — you've got this! And we're here to help.
Whether you're new to Medicare or just need a refresher, a seminar is a great way to learn the basics so you can feel confident when it comes time to enroll. We currently offer two types of seminars:
Medicare 101
- The parts of Medicare (A, B, C, D) and what they cover
- When you become eligible
- Medicare enrollment periods
Medicare Advantage Information Reception
- Mount Carmel MediGold plans available in your area
- Plan premiums and included benefits
- When and how to become a member
Registration is not required. If you would like to let us know you are coming or for accommodations of persons with special needs at meetings, please give us a call and one of our licensed Medicare agents will assist you.
A licensed Medicare agent from Mount Carmel MediGold Health Plan will be present with information and applications. Mount Carmel MediGold Health Plan HMO and PPO plans may be discussed.

Ready to dive into your Medicare options? Schedule a personalized consultation with one of our licensed sales agents. An agent will meet you at home or at the location of your choosing to learn more about your needs and what you are looking for in a Medicare plan. The agent will help you compare available plans in your area, check that your providers and drugs are covered, and answer any questions you may have. If you'd like to enroll, they can even take your application during the meeting!

From Sept. 6 to March 31, we are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. From April 1 through Sept. 5, we are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. On certain holidays and weekends, your call will be handled by our automated phone system.
