If you are not currently using a preferred monitor, or if you need a new monitor, it’s easy to obtain a new device. Simply take one of the vouchers listed below (your choice) to your retail pharmacy and you will receive a new blood glucose monitor at no cost to you. You may obtain a new monitor at any time.
