Looking Ahead to 2026: Our Strongest Year Yet?
May 13, 2025
A Message from Chad
We are excited to have the privilege of experiencing an unprecedented number of enrollments through our first financial quarter, all of which are due to high broker engagement. We're also seeing a high level of certification, both of new brokers and recertification, in our five-state footprint. We’re grateful to have continued interest expressed because your clientele wants access to our plans!
Forecasted Performance for Plan Year 2026
It's expected that enrollment numbers will remain above average through late Spring and early Summer as we transition into AEP. As of April 10, 2025, the number of incoming calls to our Telesales line has increased by roughly 65% compared to this time of year in 2024. Approximately 4.1 million Americans will turn 65 this calendar year, ultimately leading to more MA enrollment and hopefully traction for our plans.
"Every month of 2025 we’ve exceeded our sales goals, and we don’t plan on slowing down anytime soon."
Our Plan to Remain Competitive in the Marketplace
Our goal is to try and remain as consistent as possible with our offerings in our benefit packages due to our strength and stability having proven to be key in our successes.
In efforts to remain collaborative with our broker partners, our Broker Account Executives keep a cumulative list of all feedback and improvement opportunities suggested by our broker partners. Feedback is shared with our senior leadership and product team to retroactively ensure our plans are continually positioned competitively in the marketplace. We look forward to sharing PY2026 benefit details later this year when CMS allows the release of benefit-specific information.
