Lindsey Humpal brings a unique blend of compassion, clarity and community-centered service to her work. Prior to entering the insurance field, Lindsey spent nearly two decades in education as both a classroom teacher and consultant. That foundation continues to guide how she supports her clients today through clear communication, thoughtful guidance and a natural ability to simplify complex information.
A Cedar Falls native, Lindsey has always had a deep connection to her local community. For the past two years, she has been certified to sell MercyOne Health Plan, helping clients make confident decisions about their health care coverage. Her approach is rooted in three core commitments: make Medicare clear, make the process simple and provide ongoing support long after enrollment.
The Key to Lindsey’s Success
Lindsey’s standout year is the result of several key factors that strengthened her relationships and expanded her impact. She led multiple educational seminars throughout the community, helping individuals better understand their benefits and giving them the confidence to select the plan that best fit their needs. Lindsey also credits her success to a strong and responsive broker support team, whose quick, personalized answers enabled her to serve clients efficiently and with reassurance. Additionally, her deep roots in Cedar Falls and familiarity with the MercyOne Health Plan allowed her to provide individualized guidance with added context and care, something her clients deeply appreciate.
Fun Fact About Lindsey
Even after transitioning into the insurance industry, Lindsey continues her work in education. She still consults part-time with preschool teachers, offering professional development and classroom resources. Education remains one of her greatest passions, and she’s proud to continue supporting teachers, children and families alongside her work in Medicare planning.
