Our 2024 Q4 and 2025 Q3 MVB is Robert ‘RJ’ McCarey!
Meet RJ
RJ boasts an 18-year tenure in the industry. He earned his undergraduate civil engineering degree from ISU and dedicated 19 years to working at Maytag in Newton. Following Maytag’s relocation of the plant from Newton, he transitioned into the financial services sector. In the subsequent years, RJ began offering assistance to seniors regarding their health care options. He and his wife were co-owners of two pharmacies at the time, and she observed many instances of seniors being exploited, prompting her to ask him to step in and help. The business expanded organically from that point forward.
What’s the key to his success?
RJ attributes a lot of his success to the amazing team of hardworking people that help him and feels it’s about just putting in the time and the hard work.
